Study on Extraction Technology of Avilamycin

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to choose the best extraction of Avilamycin from different extracting
processes and provide the basis for extraction of Avilamycin. With 4-methyl-2-pentanone as a solvent, the active
ingredients of Avilamycin mycelium were extracted, then Avilamycin product was degreased by beening concen-
trated, degreased and crystallized. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-to-liquid ratio, the
volume of concentrate and the amount of n-hexane in the process were also discussed and verified. Result: the op-
timal extraction conditions were: 80℃ of extraction temperature, 1h of extraction time, 1/7 of solid-to-liquid ratio,
1/3 of concentrate-to-extract ratio, 1/2 of n-hexane-to-concentrate ratio. Conclusion: the optimal extraction con-
ditions of Avilamycin were determined and the advantages included short time, highextraction efficiency, less en-
ergy consumption, stable. The process can provide guidance for industrial production.
