天然植物用于畜禽?殖的炮制加工技?研究

摘要：本??旨在?定?州不同保健功能性植物?志性成分含量，比?不同加工炮制方法?天然植物胡?卜素含量的影
?。?此，采集?州9?市（州）同一生育期的青蒿??、野生金????、杜仲?、?腥草??、茶?新??10kg/
份，分?2份，一份???定青蒿中青蒿素（mg/g）、金??中?丁含量（mg/g）、杜仲?中?酮含量（mg/g）、?
腥草中?酮含量（mg/g）、茶?中茶多酚含量（mg/g）；另外一份?行晒干（??“晒干”）、?活后烘干（??“?
干”）、高?烘干（??“快干”）、油制?活焙干（??“油焙”）共4种不同炮制方法?理，以胡?卜素保存率??
比指??行比???。?果：1）?州9?市（州）5种天然保健功能性植物?志性成分含量?于中高水平，可以作?保健
功能性植物添加至畜禽?物?料中；2）4种加工方式中，胡?卜素保存率由低到高?：油焙>快干>?干>晒干。本??油
焙、快干、?干和晒干?5种保健功能性植物胡?卜素保存率分?介于92.7%~96.1%、81.5%~86.1%、57.3%~65.0%
和15.4%~26.1%之?。
