摘要： ?了确定常用新型消毒??布?氏菌的?菌 / 抑菌效果，本研究?聚?酮碘、戊二醛、 戊二醛癸
甲溴?复方溶液、二氯异氰尿酸? 4 种常用消毒?与定量 B.suis 混合均?，分?作用 3 min、10 min 与
30 min， 取 0.1 mL 涂布于 TSA 培?基中?行菌落??；通??不同消毒?、不同作用??其?菌率的
?比， 确定不同消毒?? B.suis 的敏感程度。研究表明， B.suis ?聚?酮碘溶液敏感性最?， 10%聚?酮
碘溶液 1 000 倍稀?作用 3 min 便能有效?? B.suis；其次戊二醛与癸甲溴?混合溶液效果?著优于戊
二醛??使用， 100 倍稀?后可有效?? B.suis，1 000 倍稀?后作用 30 min 可 100%?? B.suis；而??
使用戊二醛，?在 10 倍稀?? 3～30 min 能有效???菌，100 倍稀??作用 30 min，其?菌率??
93%；而二氯异氰尿酸?在 4 种消毒?中消毒效果最不理想，其最高?菌率?? 67%；因此，在布?氏菌
病的防控中，消毒?以聚?酮碘与戊二醛癸甲溴?复方制??最佳??。

Study on the Sensitivity of Brucella.suis to Four New Kinds of Disinfectants

Abstract: In order to determine the bacteriostatic effect of new disinfectants on Brucella, we respectively
mixed quantitative Brucella.suis (B.suis) with povidone iodine, glutaraldehyde, glutaraldehyde capric methyl
bromide compound and dichloroisocyanurate. 3min, 10min and 30min later, 0.1mL mixed liquor was coated
on the TSA medium and colony counted. The research shows that the sensibility of povidone iodine was the
highest to B.suis, and the povidone iodine solution (10%) can effectively kill B.suis by 1000 times diluted in 3
min. Secondly, the mixed solution of glutaraldehyde and capric methyl bromide was better than glutaraldehyde
used alone. It can effectively kill B.suis by 100 times diluted, and 1000 times diluted for 30min. However, the
glutaraldehyde can ffectively kill B.suis by 10 times diluted from 3min to 30min. When the glutaraldehyde was

diluted 100 times, its sterilization rate decreased to 93%. The disinfection effect of two sodium dichloroisocya-
nurate is not ideal in the four kinds of disinfectants and its maximum bactericidal rate was only 67%. There-
fore, in the four kins of the disinfectants, the povidone iodine and glutaraldehyde capric methyl bromide
compound is the best choice to the prevention and control of brucellosis.
