The Clinical Experiment of Goose Parvovirus Yolk Antibodies

Abstract：Under the laboratory research of the goose parvovirus yolk antibodies, five groups of yolk anti-
bodies were produced in 2015. The yolk antibodies was examined. After the assay was approved, the yolk
antibodies was used in three Goose fields (about 20 600 young gooses). The results showed that the young
gooses did not infect the Goose Parvovirus and no side effects were observed．There was no significant dif-
ference in the reproductive function between the treatment group and the control group. The protective rate
was 98% for vaccinated-challenged young gooses. Thus, the goose parvovirus yolk antibodies could be used
safely and effectively.
