摘要： ?流行性腹?病毒 （PEDV）是引起仔?腹?的重要病原体之一。?前?床上存在母?疫苗免疫后
血清中抗?流行性腹?病毒的 IgG 抗体水平??的情?，但依然有仔??生腹?，甚至出??以控制
的局面。因此，本文? SIgA 的?构与形成机制、生物?功能以及初乳中的 SIgA ?新生仔?腹?的影?

Colostrum Type Immunoglobulin Secreted in the Progress of the Prevention
and Control in Newborn Piglets Diarrhea

Abstract: The pig epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is one of the most important pathogens of diarrhea piglets.
Although clinically after sows immune antibody levels in serum, but still have diarrhea piglets, even presents the
phenomenon which is difficult to control.Therefore, this article from the structure and formation mechanism of
SIgA, biological function and the colostrum SIgA influence factors of newborn piglets diarrhea were reviewed,
in order to provide a reference for effective prevention and control of epidemic diarrhea piglets occurred.
