Abstract: To study the different concentrations of compound probiotics effects on reproductive performance.
This study selected 39 head pregnancy sows of 74 days. The Pigs were divided into 3 groups (2 treatment
groups and one control group) randomly. The control group with no compound probiotics(S group),the treat-
ment groups add 2×10 cfu/t(S4 group) and 4×10 cfu/t (S8 group) compound probiotics, the test start feed-

ing from 74 days of pregnancy to the age of 21 days. Test the sow constipation, backfat thickness, the change of
feed intake and piglet birth weight, diarrhea frequency, weaning weight and weight gain. The results showed
that compared with the control group, S4 and S8 group of sow constipation was decreased by32.49%,33.87%
(P<0.05). In the delivery room phase of losing condition, S4 and S8 group was decreased by 0.1mm. In the as-
pect of neonatal weight, S4 and S8 group was increased by270g/litter and 610g/ litter (P<0.05). In terms of
number of weak piglets, S4 and S8 group was decreased by0.15head/litter and 0.08head/litter. By the end of 21
                day-old,the weaning piglets of S4 and S8 group was increased by 4.31 kg/ litter(P<0.05)and 1.54 kg/ litter.
The rate of diarrhea piglets is 1.10% in control group, which is higer than S4 and S8 groups. Conclusions: The
compound probiotics can regulate intestinal flora, ease pigs constipation, reduce the delivery room sow back fat
                                                                                                         13
consumption, increase the piglet birth weight and weaning weight, reduce the rate of diarrhea. Add 2×10 cfu
per ton of compound probiotics was best.
