?多种病原混合感染的研究

摘 要： ?了确定山西太谷?某??蛋??病、死亡的原因且及治?方案的确定，通??床症??察、病理

了?染性喉气管炎包涵体?查、?脂?散??、?物??以及新城疫的 RT-PCR ??等方法。 ?果表明：
分离菌?大?杆菌，??大霉素、安普霉素等?物敏感，并且有?染性喉气管炎病毒和新城疫病毒感染。?

Study on Mixed Infection of Multiple Pathogens of Chicken

Abstract: In order to ascertain the reasons of sickening and dying of laying hens in Shanxi Taigu county and then
find the treatments, this experiment used clinical observation, pathological examination, pathogen isolation and
biochemical identification of 47 kinds of biochemical reagents, meanwhile the drug sensitivity test was did to iden-
tify pathogenic bacteria, which included the examination of the inclusion body of infectious laryngotracheitis, agar
diffusion test, animal trial and RT-PCR test for Newcastle disease. The results showed that the isolated bacteria was
Escherichia coli, which was sensitive to gentamicin and Apramycin drug, and accompanied with infectious laryn-
gotracheitis virus and Newcastle disease virus infection. In this case, the combined utilization of drugs and vaccines
controlled the condition, and the flock recuperated the healthy. This alerted farms that a variety of mixed infection
should be considered once the animal is sick in livestock prodcution.
