Abstract: The newcastle disease (ND), infectious bronchitis (IB), egg drop syndrome (EDS) and avian in-
fluenza are the main infectious diseases to poultry industry, which bring a huge economic losses for our coun-
try's farming. The security of quadruple vaccine of these four diseases is particularly important that varieties may
be existing in the process of use.Therefore, this experiment was conducted to make a safety evaluation on this
vaccine which emphasized on the variation of injection site and pathological changes of tissues with 30 days. It
will be safety that the vaccine will be totally absorbed after injection and provide a correct guidance in using it
for the farmer.
